If you’ve ever been to an ATI Conference and General Meeting, you know the lobby of the venue is where we meet old friends, make new friends, hammer out issues with a proposal, and gather for tea. We can’t be together in person this year, so we will meet virtually! This is very new for ATI, and we hope it is an enjoyable experience for you. So many member volunteers have put in countless hours to plan this virtual ACGM as we pivoted from our planned in-person meeting in Boone, NC. Schedule ATI Responds to Racism ATI has recently drawn up, and is implementing, its Response to Racism: Alexander Technique International stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, and calls for the end to state-sanctioned violence against People of Color. We join in the outrage over the recent tragic deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, and so many more Black and Brown citizens who have been senselessly lost to systemic violence worldwide.
